My wife and I built a new home and I needed a thorough, detailed inspection of it just prior to the warranty expiring.  After asking around Mark was referred to me by a mutual friend. Upon showing up he immediately went to work, asking questions about the home itself and the lot it sits on.  His process of inspecting the exterior as well as the interior is very thorough and how he documented those findings was very detailed and professional.  Needless to say after presenting these findings to my builder, this is one inspection that paid off!
